You had already seen this piece in this other post. But, as I stated there, this piece is the only finished one, so I figured it deserved a spot in the Artwork category.

I had tons of fun working on this girl here, with her I really got to know blender inside out. looking for everything I could find in the software in order to get results.

Just a little “teaser” for my Thesis short fiml “Project Nomad” just to showcase the visual style that will be used in it.
Also, I decided to work this project entirely with open source software, make it low poly and render optimized. Let’s see how it goes… as soon as I actuially have time to work on it, that is.

So yeah, after looking for good tutorials on skinning with blender and finding none (maybe there are, but I can’t find them) I decided to share my (painful) findings after two days of strugling with Blender.
